Scoping

You loop us into the customer call as "senior engineer". We scope, you quote. You apply your markup. The customer sees your number, your paper.

Delivery

We deliver under your brand and your email domain if you wish. Status reports, change tickets and runbooks all carry your logo. We do not contact the customer outside scope.

Hand-back

Acceptance signed off with the customer through your account team. Day-2 support reverts to your NOC. We're available on a defined backstop SLA if needed.
